If any suspected excessive or unlawful use of force against protesters occurs during the 5 September protests at or near the Delhi Police Headquarters, we encourage witnesses and participants to safely document and preserve the evidence. Upload original, unedited files and note the time, date, and location. Move to a safe location first; never alter or misleadingly edit footage. No footage? Submit a factual description of what you observed. All submissions are independently reviewed before conclusions are drawn.
